Thought the same, infact even before strikes I was wishing that B52 give us a live sales demo but it feels more like wishful thinking. However I do remember a post by Falcon right after the strikes hinting at a friendly country platform lurking around but it was before dogfight.
Your friends may not be who you think they should be

Could it be some other 2 seater?

Nope. F-16 has very distinct signature. All kind of research has been done by IAF for the AWAC algorithms optimisation etc (with massive real-time help from both singapore and Israel for example...with tacit nod of US)

1. Tracks from Phalcon. I would not have liked that to be made public... Now PAF knows and can guess our degree of dependence.

PAF have not been in an AWACs before?

PAF F-16s dont use secure communications? Also are our planes using comlinks that cannot be intercepted or they too are prone to interception. My understanding was the IAF had gone secure long back

We are still in the process of it. All aerial platforms are to get SDRs over the next few years.

Even if IAF shows some evidence of F-16 downed, Pakistan with their logic never believe it. They even abandoned their soldiers in kargil who were killed in hoardes, how can they expect casualty of their 1/2 pilots

I am not on any other forum, dont even read them unless some exclusive is shared by someone mutual I read a bit and leave, I am not interested in winning online with delusional Pakistanis and I strongly believe Indian military will kick *censored* of Pakistan anytime, any day anywhere.

Others are doing the bidding for PAF and the image they released of 4 missiles was rejected as a joke but if you think closely it was no joke, warhead was missing but seeker was there, even if the seeker was ejected some thousands of feet above the ground on unknown location and warhead struck the plane how were they able to find the seeker? It was not a large object but a small little few inches long seeker falling over nowhere with unknown speed how can you find it in such a vegetated mountainous terrane? This coupled with the video where Mig was shot first (atleast I think so) is not a small thing to be disregarded. Unless they forged the seeker and borrowed it from some other country(China).

If someone shows the pictures of seekers recovered during exercise then should remember the exercises are held over the known area, you dont know where you are going to have a dogfight. Pakistani posters are laughed off but we should not stop thinking critically and that does not make me anti national.
Yes. But it's more fun to just laugh then off

TV shows must seek clearance from ISPR before inviting retd military officers: Pemra - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

Pakistan is scared some retired military official may spill the beans in anger, now controlling media invitees.
It was always the retired generals who spilled the beans..... It is pretty obvious that the ISPR is hiding a lot of info which they are finding difficult to guard...... If the news are out... I suspect this to be of F16.....As this would damage the narrative gafoora is building..... Join the dots....

Guys:

1. It was and is an intelligence led operation still.

2. We had another platform around inside their airspace at the time.

That is all. I will not confirm anything else.

Sir , please answer another indirect Question

In the Current Stand off , is the IAF doing
Something More than just CAPs , is it hurting Pakistan

Well for a hint, all operations at this stage are intelligence led targeting. Now Pakistan Army is notorious for poor radio discipline, have been for over 70 years now.

Though interception is relatively straightforward, triangulation from ground has traditionally been difficult when own positions are stretched roughly in a line. But if you had something that could sniff from the air........
