I had posted very clearly that the SPICE bombs used in Balakot were of special design which were optimised for strikes in hilly areas. AND only 2-3 countries have the exact geodetic co-ordinates of the hilly areas in and around India. even commercial GPS uses geoodk-84 ref system which is not fit for use by military formations for pinpoint strikes.
All I see is your conjectures, Spice 2000 was already in our armament, we can use it, where & when we want & not claim a friendly country wanted to test a equipment

Agree, If someone were to revisit the original video showing the attack on Jaba top, when it was presented in news, & follow its speed & slow but sizable rate of turn around the Jaba top, a lot can be made out - about the loitering in Pak airspace which pak was unaware of.

Pakistan did claim they won 1971 war too, kargil not there soldiers till 2005.

Alan Warnes is someone who has acted almost like a PAF paid aviation photographer in the past. Perhaps also taken paid assignments for PAF, especially for international exercises. Has been wrong several times before when reporting about IAF. Not a reliable source in any case.
Anyways the wording of that tweet is itself ridiculous, almost a draft statement from PAF and not that of a seasoned journalist. I expect that Statement from ISPR release. No journalist who claims to be neutral will under any circumstance use the wording, "The PAF chief again confirmed..." Not done. Ask any journo, definitely not done.
ISPR propaganda machinery desperately trying to divert attention. It appears there is a reorganization of Infowar activity by ISPR. They are now trying to use credible sounding names to lead the info war, and bolster their credibility, to be then heavily supported by the troll army to create impressions in SM.
Agreed, Pakistan Generals from Intelligence background, do end up sometimes hiding & continue of previous concealment, in some cases.
My reference was to average Pak general writing book post retirement, not being of Intelligence background. Who invariable end up acknowledging the facts, which there country said otherwise, as little as few years or few decades ago, busting there lies.

I have zero respect for an airforce and its pilots who would display a patch of an enemy aircraft on their uniform or aircraft which they never downed. I really wonder as to what must be the mindset and professionalism of such pilots. PAF claimed that SU-30MKI fell within Indian territory and till date no video has appeared of any such wreackage when we did not suspend internet services in J&K during those hostilities.
