That twitter handle is part of a strategy of creating vicious nationalistic fervour in the minds of some gullible war-loving but coward junta.
The idea behind asking for overflight request is to avoid the mountains. So it's ridiculous to assume the PM's flight will be over mountains.
More like India asked for permission, Pakistan gave permission and then India said no thanks.
