He was terminated and he just blamed his seniors for his own failures. It happens. It happened even during the time when my own Daughter was undergoing traing in Naval Academy in Kerala. A guy jumped off from two floors as he was not able to withstand the pressure of training. In our armed forces, we do not induct people who are weak and to say the least, who are suicidal as they are the weakest people as far as mental strength is concerened. This guy had misbehaved with a lady undertrainee technical officer and on her complaint he was investigated, he agreed and also apologised for his misbehaviour. But in forces apology does not save you. The punishment as promulgated is dished out and so he was terminated from service. He knew that with this he will not be hired by anyone in civil also, so he committed suicide and blamed other officers.
