If corruption is caught u barely find proofs, if u do court will take decades to prosecute, if trial court announce verdict u appeal and get bail, during this all u are already 70+ for corruption did in youth, suddenly humanitarian concerns and sickness makes sure u visit jail like a guest and is always out.

The system is sick and pathetic, do whatever and our pious judiciary will make sure u keep on doing it till u die.

Communal pamphlet: Kerala HC disqualifies IUML MLA

The Kerala High Court on Friday declared as invalid the election of Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) MLA K M Shaji on a plea that he had indulged in a communal campaign, amounting to corrupt practices, to win the 2016 Assembly polls. The IUML is a constituent of the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) and currently has 17 seats in the Assembly.

“There is no place for non-Muslims alongside the kind Allah. In the final days, they will not cross the narrow bridge to heaven. They are to sleep with Satan. For the victory of a Muslim who prays five times a day for our well-being, all Muslims should pray to Allah for K Mohammad Shaji aka KM Shaji,” read the pamphlet.

With their demographic increasing in the state, it's only a matter of time before this becomes a regular practice.I wonder what will the KHC do then.
Further , I suspect they'd be watching with great interest the fallout of the SC verdict in the Sabarimala temple matter.

LOL. This got my goat today! thanks for posting this. so Instead of Bharat Mata - its Sonia Gandhi, Ahmed Patel et al. so much for calling BJP a "Modi party".
