It's not even a month left and no party is ready with list! This is earlier than expected. Deadline to file nomination for 1st phase will be just few days away.
 
This CEC deserves a kick on his butt for making our elections a joke spread across 39 days. Also, he is making a fool of himself by not being able to read out the written script. He could have easliy given a printed copy his statement to the press and done with this Tamasha and the joke he is making of himself.
