Why would we do such things now? No major event occurred.
Who knows ?
March 1st there was an assasination in Karachi , perhaps you might see that in news.
So they might attempt to tresspass our airspace without any provocation.
Ended up as a disaster for them.
Now they are covering up

One theory doing rounds is that India took out a HVT and is not going to announce it. Pakistan was expecting India to claim victory (about taking out the HVT) and they were waiting for that to start their counter claim. Since India didn't utter a word, they eventually started crying late last night.

However, during balakote, pakistan started crying far before India announced its strike. Is this the new strategy going forward.

Another theory doing rounds is, it was a Shaurya (not even sure if it is inducted) . Also, looking at the form factor of the missile, it has an eerie resemblance to BrahMos minus the nose cone air inlet.
If someone has any high res photos of Shaurya, looking at that will be helpful (looking for tail area for the honeycomb dots).

This may all very well be BS, but worth looking at.

Assuming it was a high value target, Pakistan , if it didn't seek to publicize the issue, would've kept silent about it . It's been only a few days since one of the hijackers of the Kandahar episode was killed in Karachi. The entire issue was buried with the PA / ISI asking Pakistani media not to report on the issue at all.

Hence this high value theory doesn't make sense especially since there was no immediate issue which could've prompted such a move from our end.

Well from that perspective, our silence too doesn't make sense. There hasn't been any denial from our side. No acknowledgement either. Total silence on the matter. That's bit odd too. This is not how we roll normally.

Our silence could very well stem from the fact that it had nothing to do with us.
What official release are you expecting ? It's 24 hrs + & not a single statement from the foreign office or the usually garrulous PMO of Pakistan. Highly unusual by the own standards don't you think so ?

Apparently PTI is facing a no confidence motion in their Parliament which many political commentators suspect is at the behest of the PA . Whether It's a blackmailing tactic to keep Dimran on a leash or something more serious , time will tell .

Except for DJ ISPR there's been no official reaction from Pakistan . See this as part of their internal drama. Alternatively this also could be them covering up their backsides for a mishap at their end .

India will ignore all these queries, Let the ISPR bark it's their problem... we will respond when we think it's the correct time to respond. we stopped sending summons. Our defense forces are given free hand to take action ...

All of that is fine, but I personally don't think we will ignore it. Ignoring it has a larger implication (specially if we had nothing to do with it) as silence will be taken as acknowledgement by default. US has been trying to shit on us and knowing how "diplomatically" we deal with stuff, Mea cannot afford to stay mum on this forever.

I think India will answer their query saying it's actually fired from Russia towards Ukrain but unfortunately, it dropped in Pakistan through Indian airspace. Please check with Russia

No body will send a missile without warhead to take down a hvt, the wreck conditions says that, atleast to my eyes.
