I don't know about Mariupol but the wiki page has been edited recently. After the first 6 months it said 29,000+ Ukrainian civilian casualties total, now it says 10,000+. 1,200 were executed in the Kyiv region alone and nobody knows how many have been killed in territories still occupied - mobile crematoriums have been spotted.
They're more credible than the figures from the Hamas.
