Do you think they have any genuine economic investors left ? Political instability, rampant corruption, terrorism, FATF etc has over the years killed that. What is left now is geo-political investors, those investments come not despite Pakistan's policies but because of it. Think China.

My Marketing prof was an industry guy and was of Sindhi heritage.
He gave us the same example how he floated a company in Singapore to export railway parts (condemned and bought as salvage) to Pakistan.
He exported junk to Singapore and re exported it to Pak making a 500% profit. The party lasted for a few years. The prof bought properties in Mumbai and Goa. The entire class cheered.
