In seriousness, Block-3 also has HMD, AESA, new EW suite, supposedly more composites, ability to fire PL-10E and most importantly(if true) ability to fire PL-15E.
So in paper it looks like a good plane for PAF. But our Tejas is getting AESA radar and GaN EW suite from next year onwards. JF-17 simply is outclassed against Tejas in every which way. MAWS is good but digital RWR and GaN jammers are more important in modern BVR warfare.

Those 240 PL-15s are a serious threat for our fighters. We need to operationalise Astra 2 quickly to counter it. So for only Rafale+Meteor combo is good enough to fight and outstick J-10CE+PL-15E combo.
