NO. The enemy is expecting it. They will expect it even after 20-30 days. It is now time to test our diplomacy to bide time till we are ready to strike debilitating blow.

The fact that PMO or GoI at large is only willing to use the military as a tool of retaliation for terror attacks, instead of setting a goal (like the capture of PoK) and using all overt & covert means the country has at disposal toward meeting that goal, shows where we have a fundamental flaw in our thought-process.

Attacks like this offer opportune moments where it is possible for us to initiate all-out hostilities (which will inevitably result in great loss of civilian life on both sides) and be in a position to justify our actions in the UN and to the wider world (anyone who thinks this is not important is thinking in only three dimensions). But ofcourse, to be in a position to utilize such incidents as a moral high ground and justification for own public, would require us to first be prepared for a campaign in the first place. Issuing knee-jerk directives to the conventional Armed Forces is a recipe for disaster.

Didnt we hear that before. Bu now PMO whould be flooding with calls from world police to not retaliate we need pakistan to exit afg. And as usual we give out statments like we will attack at time and place our choosing. A month down the line just kill a dozen mujhideen who are already ready to die and brag about it for another two years. We even can have the script for the movie surgical strike 2.0 by then

This is Modi. Don't underestimate him. He will not go into election without a devastating revenge which cools the blood of our countrymen. ISI has done one of the biggest miscalculations of their life and they have now nearly ensured that Modi returns with thumping majority. As I said, you need an incident to justify your retaliation. Going for all out war for this attack is very much justified.

With all due respect sir, I disagree. Been there seen that couple of times before. Modi had the opportunity to pull it off many times before even if he didn't have he could have created one. Its the Indian psych I believe doesn't have the capability for initiating violence. Anywasy lets wait and see until elections. I'm surely not going to get my hopes up neither should you.

We claim to know every terrorist camp across our borders, we claim to have the ability to perform precision bombing using our air assets, we claim to make them pay for every soldier we lose. So what's stopping us from bombing all their camps back to stone age and show a big fat finger to anyone trying to ask us why? Why have the world's third largest army or 4th largest air force if we are just using them for republic day parades. Pity!

Those terror camps must have been vacated by now. Only way to stop it all is to dismember Pakistan.

Pakistan is facing multiple fronts
PTM is on warpath
Afghans , Iran and now India

This is the best time to attack Pakiatan

We have every reason to do so

Nobody is going for full fledged war. Relax

What needs to be done, has already started. Perpetrators, both underground and overground supporters, will be hunted down. Teams are already out, necessary troops are moving as we speak, to deal with the group and its supporters.

There is no necessity to pull anything off. What is expected?

Somebody messed up big time. But not on our side.

Understand one thing very clearly, no one, not even the best trained and equipped army, can stop a vehicle, that too a civil vehicle, laden with explosives from ramming into a bus and causing casualties.

There is simply no way that you can stop someone willing to die to inflict casualties on you, without luck being on your side.

So chill
