How do you think Kashmiris on both sides of the border obtain arms and training other than pak*i support!...the recent killings should be a good excuse for hordes of UP'ites and Biharis from the Gangetic Plains to change the demographics in Kashmir
People talking of war should take a deep breath.. Typing in keyboards is easy.. all are upset.. we lost around 12 soldiers in last 2 months. But that doesn't mean we lose a few hundred soldiers for a war which might not be decisive. If and when we go for a war it should be when we have complete supremacy in all our fields including the ability to take a hit in economy and respond back.
War is bad for business and talks are going on for huge companies wanting to relocate from China. National security also means affordable living and economic might.
We still don't have properly equipped soldiers, FInsas programme stopped, no follow on orders for artilleries, no mmrca, no subs, no ASW helis yet, no standardized new guns yet. We have to give supreme protective kits to our soldiers involved in CI, or any daily operations in insurgency region. Without that just blaming Pakistan is like giving free pass to Modi led govt.
This is not the right time. Attack Pakistani soldiers, ISI handlers inside their territory to teach them a lesson. We have to take their provacations in our stride in our longer national objective.

SF and RR should stay away from the civilian areas and must be given NBC Suit Mk V immediately to docs and quarantine teams attached to the team. In case they go to cities, After every operation they should be asked to take bath. The Vehicles must be disinfected along the weaponry.
Ammo dumps and water storing facilities should be under 24x7 strict watch and UV/disinfectant must be sprayed before hand as precaution.
Entry into mess kitchen and other services should be immediately tightened.
I am sure all of the above has already been implemented.
Families should be kept at distance and shouldn't be allowed to move out from an enclosed area.
Frequent checks for fever should become a norm.
All forward posts should be given UV bulbs/torches to disinfect their water supply and ammo before before use with precaution.
Segregation of all units should begin to minimize the spread.
I am sure Americans in Afg have started doing all that as well, They have been training for such situations since cold war. For exmaple they created BSL-3 and BSL-4 level facilities and isolation chambers during cold war for US soldiers.
US standard aeromedical isolation team(AIT) should be created. And Chemical corps should be put on stand by.

Long time ago I read in BR(sorry moderators)that we are properly equipped with NVG's but they don't work in rainy conditions, thick fog or dense forests. So actually these NVG's become a liability in these condirions. I am not sure about the generation of these NVG's.

We need to be specific here. Hypersonic technology using Scram jet. Hypersonic speed can be achieved using rocket motor as well like we do in case of Shaurya.
If you closely observe there are lot many things happening which might not come to immediate attention. Its better we dont disturb the enemy when they are making mistakes. Any large scale attack will simply unify them. War of attrition is always better it makes think enemy that they are winning but by the time it tips over the edge irreparable damage would have taken place.
