Normal teething issues, no big deal there.

But I think production is delayed due to supply chain issues since the country is on and off under lockdown.

Plus Bangalore is under lockdown again for a week, and may extend some more, so production is on hold.

Heard that we import a lot of avaiation grade carbon fibre/composite materials from Chinease sources for LCA
Will it create problems in theses times ?

We buy raw materials from Europe because our own industry is still in its early stages. Once LCA enters production in full swing, it will eventually allow us to develop our own raw material sources. But there's no China threat here.
 
The imports are all from the West primarily Swiss & German if I'm not mistaken. Whether they manufacture it in their native countries or China is unknown.
Bro, what do you think about today’s announcement of Jio by M Ambani about in-house 5G technology equipments.
Do you think they bought the tech or intending to just rebranding some unknown Chinese suppliers as their own.
I don’t think they have much R&D going on in-house.
It’s clear that He is going into hardware+software business apart from services.

Also it’s very clear that he now has financial muscle and technological support to do a Huwave+Tancent kind of complete Technolgy provider.

He also announced a proper budget smartphone manufacturing based on Android for customers currently on Basic Jio Phone.

He said he plans to export them as well in future unlikely to happen incase it is some rebranded stuff or they might slowly indigenize the components over time.btw he acquired some company with virtual 5g tech or something like that.either way i doubt itll be on par with the western or even chinese offering but a good start none the less

Do we have enough 404s to complete the FOC production? And what about ordering 404s for the MK1A fleet ?

How will we make traditional cockpit in mk1A, if we can make LAD in sport even before that.

Wrt our R & D, I always mistake prolonged delay as sort of hidden secret development that ll surprise .

Why would anyone want to convert
Mk1A into Mk1 foc trainer?

Even the additional trainer will need lead time to procure engines and other parts right..

And mk1A is supposed to be signed in few months.

I remember discussing with Aashish, Mk1A is 3 years from the date GE deal is signed.

Asking for additional mk1 foc trainer is not a good sign for Mk1A.

The 10 trainers of MK1A are supposed to be of same standards as that of 8 trainers of MK1 FOC. Therefore there are talks of manufacturing the 10 trainers out of 83 MK1A order first in case there is a delay in MK1a certification
 
Pointed it out years ago.

16+16+18+73.

Those 18 trainers can be made in the year plus long gap between Mk1 and Mk1A.
