Line of Actual Control (LAC) : India & Tibet Border Updates

You forgot to add mob lynching, beef eaters vs non eaters, veg vs non veg, upper cast bullying lowercast, caa, anti caa etc

Yes add that too!! Go to Rajasthan people still think that Moti Scindia is their queen and ji huzuri of people. This is the level of education and you think India can be a technology hub of 21st century? Half of the IT sector in India is service sector, no wafer technology advancement to the level of Chinese, Taiwan, Japan or Korea. Only one lab in India in Chandigarh, which mainly works for ISRO. That's the best what you have got.

Indians should really stop dreaming and start working, the best minds are leaving India due to all this political issues etc. No single youth wants to work in India. Give them visa and they will run away and why shouldn't they?

So before taking on China technologically, India has to fix its internal problems and work atmosphere in large.

And how is that bad?

no wafer technology
Most of the world gets its wafers fabricated in Taiwan. Plus for critical space/defence purposes, India has a fabrication facility run by CEERI. Defence silicon is not such a high volume product. Plus there are PLDs which work equally well.

Devil know, you are too much enamoured by technology. Don't get me wrong, technology matters but only to an extant. Results are very diminishing.

So you want to say if no weapons are tested in battle field, its useless?
If it is overhyped and manufacturer is opaque, I will say it is untrustworthy. Has China ever produced a major weapon system that saw a massive and successful deployment? Where is China's F-16 or Mirage? Or China's Hind?

Best slap will be for India to recognize Taiwan and allow Taiwan to open an embassy in New Delhi, preferably in Chanakyapuri opposite PRC embassy.

Recognising Taiwan is extremely important imo. But fact of the matter is, India is still dependant on western will to do the same.
I see no other reason for this. WHO doesn't matter - every one knows, even then, WHO was allowed to exclude Taiwan.
That would have sent a message to China. At the end of the day, will & spine to do something strong is required.
This is one place where I find our leadership wanting in most scenarios.

This is from 18th May.
Great job, 10 more years of negotiations and explorations, who knows we may have a deal on hands for 4 Brahmos to Brunei at 50% subsidy.

May be or may not be hyped. Then i want to ask which russian system we using is proved in battlefield?

For chinese india is one of the adversary, they are anticipating an armed conflict with vietnam, philippines, india, s korea, US or even russia. I dont think the country withbthat much evilness will induct dud weapons to cheat public

Recognition of Taiwan will have very serious repercussions as it will shake the very core of CPC ideology. Taiwan is antithesis of communist China, a China which has an excellent democratic setup, more transparent, inclusive, more
amenable to their people and to the world. It will be a death kneel to One party authoritarian/totalitarian regime.

IMO it’s only possible by an alliance, led by many powerful countries.

The Present Situation and How it evolves will decide this guy Pravin Sawhney' s future

For a long time now he has been crying out loud about the Chinese Threat and lack of Indian Capabilities

If China blinks , he will loose all credibility
Have you gone through today's indian Express ,it contains full page Chinese advertisement .it won't cut much ice for the Indian as anti China sentiment are rising but will probably try to modify Editorial behavior.these guys have their asset allover India ranging from political parties , newspapers to foot soldiers like shahney

Guys recognising Taiwan isnt worth it. Thats why even US doesn't do it.
I disagree. It’s a huge risk but well worth it. Do you know that Chinks tried multiple times to invade Taiwan and fought two wars, but failed to occupy even an island very close to China (Dongying island I think)
