Detailed thread on Chinese build up at Naku La since Jan 20 predating the occupation in Ladakh & the source of the first clashes there last Apr-May.
This build up will continue across the entire stretch of LAC and will ultimately lead to a LAC wide clash some time after the snow melts.
The Chinese doesn't have to worry about Trump now, so they will utilise the opportunity to the fullest.
India on the other hand will be forced to hold a defensive line and hold the Chinese and beat them back.
The only problem is, the Chinese will keep coming back. Expect LOC to become active at the same time.
What do you guys make of the army statement?
In the present context - repeated incursions by the Chinese on the pretext of "getting lost" and now this, can this be stated as minor?
To my untrained eyes, this looks like the Chinese are testing waters for something bigger. I hope we don't try to downplay the situation and suddenly everything blows up.

So, WAR it is!! How can we have "minor" clash when you were/are at the state of war?

So they are denying everything
Don't know why china is denying. Either PLA got whooped pretty bad for local CO to report higher up (highly unlikely but tweet gives the impression) or it was again an event spiraled out of control.
But calling it fake news seems weak position by PLA, specially after IA confirmation.
Simply put, there were some negotiations going on in Ladakh front. I believe those were going in favour to China and thats why China did not want this incidence to rock the boat.
China didn't comment or react to their casualties in Galwan as well & haven't done so til date.
Except Pravin shawmey and his fans like you , no one is naive to believe china is sensitive about indias concern or damaging its relation with india .
