There is no definition of LAC. Indian government does not define it, though they mention it. India's claim on land is till finger 8. Previously we used to patrol till finger 8, with grudges from China. Often resulting in those red banner shows.

He has no idea what he is talking about, just read some blogs on internet and then he is blabbering "Algorithm war", "Machine Learning" to sound intelligent on twitter. Reality is that if you read 10 very famous research papers in ML, you will find Indian authors in atleast 4 of them, Indians are working at every level of value chain in ML, I don't know what CAIR is doing but state of the art work is happening in IIT Madras/Bombay and Hyderabaad.
