Why would we flex muscles against Nepal?? What does Nepal influence exactly. It's like saying that Iraq hates America so Americans should kill the Iraqis that are allied with U.S . We can easily flex muscle against turkey because not even nato members like turkey. You have Greece,Armenia,Cyprus now France and libya who are openly hostile to Turkey. All neutral or allies to us. Simply arming them publicise Turkish atrocities on Kurds. We have Kashmir they have Kurdistan. And India has started taking the first steps. We have supplied Swathi wlr to the Armenians. The only reason India has gone for the replenishment ship deal with the Turks is so that we can test the price of Turks. Will the deal with the Turks make them silent if it works good otherwise ditch them. Even Qatar and the U.K spreads negative propaganda against India using Al Jazeera and BBC do we cry then.
You are unnecessary raising the importance of an irrelevant country like Nepal.
I'm sure RAW must be quietly setting up the pieces for Oli's eventual fall. So Stop hyperventilating on things that need a lot of patience. It hasn't even been 6 months these things take atleast an year to get set in motion...

Because they lay claim on our land. Thats why you do it. Thats the basis of a nationhood. Competence to defend your territory. Since they dared it, lets lay claim on Madesh and force them to either fix their claim or cleave them in half.

If India needs to flex its muscles, it should do where it matters. Pakistan, China, Nepal, B'desh all those who lay claim on our land. Rest all matters very less. If you don't have any territory left there is no nation.
