Congress and other political parties never made those statements inside the Parliament of India as that becomes a record and for speaking lies in the Parliament they can be taken to task and punished. Simply bcos we have no long term plan or strategy other than bull*** during elections. All our politicians are only inward looking once their needs are fulfilled they dont care about rest of the sh***. Once in a while when an attack takes place there is an uproar and then civilian sheeps forget about it. There are too much vested interest in India which are against taking any risk which might cause them loss. Simply put Indian lives are cheap , expendable. Unless we impose a significant cost on the enemy they will keep continuing the nonsense. Right now all our focus should be winning bihar election, china or pakistan can wait.
Well atleast we have started attacking their forward bases and annihilating them in some cases (Neelum Valley example). The thing is Pakistan will never openly accept. They have plausible deniability and can save face. But everybody already knows this here. Until we don't plan to recapture areas and start an actual invasion this thing will continue.
