How about maybe our Law makers lead by an example and first declare Pakistan a nation having a state policy to harm and destabilize India through terrorism, radicalization of youth, creating drug problem and harming economy by fake currency circulation.

Read again, I never said we can put a sanctions on Pakistan which can be abided by all over the world. What I am saying is that we put sanctions on businesses which have market in India and do business in Pakistan.
And yes we are very well in the position to do so, because no other market can even fullfill even 20% demand of what we can do.
Let a company in Brazil sell anti radiation missiles to Pakistan, but a company making 20-30 billion selling hundreds of aircrafts to Indian market must be made to choose.

If that is costly and time consuming then simply buy out stocks of same TOW system from USA in the interim. Maybe 300-400 launchers and 3000-4000 missiles.

global business is intertwined , it will be hard to do that. Take for example toyota/ suzuki can you enforce on them? or ever microsoft for that matter of fact. If we go the sanctions route we should also be ready to take some losses. Its not a one way street as pointed by @STEPHEN COHEN , we cannot simply enforce it.
May be we can brow beat small countries but for big companies you need to be in big boys club.
For a simple income tax our lawmakers come up with so much unnecessary fuss. With right technical perspective available to them and a will to do it, it is possible.
They can always insert a clause that this sanctions will apply to businesses which have investment in India which cannot be replicated elsewhere. While smaller and technically or say some military items , they can be excluded.
But the companies which supply us washing powder or say shaving cream they can always be made to fall in line.
The aim is to hurt Pakistan economically.
