Basically The Govt has changed the Rules for some particular retired person , whom they are very impressed with
These new rules clearly show a Retd 3 star is now coming to the CDS post

whatever happened to theater command?
Apparently one of the tri forces is resisting to it. Possibly 2 forces imo. Army obviously lobbying hard to take entire command under it.
