I want to take a plot loan from HDFC,
They are repeatedly forcing a insurance on me to take the plot equity loan ..
For 1.4 cr, they are adding 8.5 lak premium to the loan amount 140 lak making it 148.5 lak..
Is it compulsory to take Insurance for loans?

Yup. I'm told the climax consists of the following scenario where a F-14 Tomcat piloted by who else but the Hollywood SRK, deflects the missiles fired by the Su-57 only by shooting flares which is after it opens cannon fire prompting 3 x Su-57 to break formation & come at the lone F-14 where one of them fires a missile at the F-14 which deliberately flies in the direction of another Su-57 leading the missile into the other Su-57 ensuring a hit on it, shoots down another Su-57 with a cannon ( yes you read it right) & runs out of flares & ammo while facing the 3rd Su-57 & just when you think Hollywood SRK will open the canopy & fire a bazooka at the lone surviving Su-57, another F-14 blows it out of the sky coming in out of nowhere.
It's the kind of exhilarating stuff that makes for repeated viewings which is why Paddy saw it twice with his mom ( it had a PG rating) @BMD & it was & still is a raging hit with trailer park folk with sweetie orgasming in the rear every time xe / xhe sees it having lost count of the number of times xe / xhe saw it.
