I'm not sure whether the "Hindutva Groups" mentioned have anything to do with BJP; but if they do, then this is incredibly tone deaf and foolish. You will never turn Bengalis into vegetarians, and what they eat isn't your business anyways; focus on winning their votes.
He thinks he is the voice of all sane British. He certainly isn’t - in fact please attempt to read his last 20 posts and decide what he is about.
And what would that be? Let's put it this way, look at EDL and Pegida, show me an equivalent anti-Indian, or anti-Hindu/Sikh movement in the UK oh sane one. When a country suffers multiple terror attacks and grooming gangs, it has that affect.
