Ukraine is harrassing big Russian assets forcing Russians to engage anti - air missiles. This is at least the second Blue on blue attack incident.
Off course nothing stops Ukraine from claiming anything. Meanwhile Russians seem to be burying their head in sand instead of diplomacy. Ukraine didn't fate better either. Both of these countries common people continue to suffer under autocratic regimes.
