yeah yeah keep abusing leaders of all the cntries and they will agree with west. West is still in denial, the world has moved on. Instead preaching moral highness to others they better start practicing it.

Its not India has influence but one of those cntries that russia can trust to listen to. But the way the west has gone breaking all the past agreements, India would be well aware that other than passing the message it would do nothing else. Last time modi did impress on putin to have talks but the joker ended up pulling the rug , after that modi hasnt got involved in the issue. Its a huge loss of face and disrespect when such things happen.

It's not Ukraine you clown. They haven't got the spare resources to waste on terror attacks. It's either a black flag by Putin to gain support as per the 1999 apartment bombings, or annoyed Russian citizens.

it will be a miracle if it's under 100 dead. The footage coming out of there is horrific.

I would also say this isn't confirmed to be Ukrainians. Lots of speculation that it is Dagestani extremists or perhaps related to the recent clashes between islamists and Russian authorities in Ingushetia.

you dont need extensive resources to indulge in terrorism unlike fighting a war. They need very few ppl and financially cost them peanuts. More or less ukraine is coming to the table and their leverage over russia is terrorism. If russia doesnt accept their terms then attacks will continue.

This is exactly similar to what pakistan tried against India failed. Terrorism is not just a cheaper option but aslo has another benefit, ukraine while supporting the terrorists can act as if they have no control over them.

Whether a peace deal is possible or not, a mediator is necessary, and that's only possible with India, 'cause both sides trust India, even the West.

India did not mediate, nor advise either side outside of making a comment.
