Ukraine - Russia Conflict

I'd actually say the Russians will want the Ukrainians to back off on their own. They can't do anything real without their air force. Merely dedicating 100+ Su-24/25 would do wonders, but they seem to have decided not to do that.

Ukrainians can do a lot "real" without air superiority. They already did something real aka, breaking the Russian Northern offensive and driving Russian forces in the north back to Russia.

Ukraine doesn't need air superiority, they just need to deny Russians air superiority. Invaders need air superiority more than defenders already stationed in defensive positions. Ukranian UAV- artillery combination is causing heavy toll on Russians.

The Greek media write about the death of Greek Mikhail, the deputy commander of the Azov National Regiment, whom Zelensky made part of a video address to the Greek Parliament, which caused a huge scandal in Athens.

Exactly, with enough MANPADs, Ukarine will deny Russian Airforce the cushion to conduct CAS missions. And they are already low on guided bombs, so targeting from higher altitudes will be less effective.

That was the Russians bungling up by underestimating their enemy's resilience. No infantry, no logistics, what were they thinking? Their only hope was to get to the center of Kiev in a short period of a few days with the resources they had. If that failed, all they could do was hold the line, diverting Ukraine's resources towards them rather than the South and Donbas.

True, to a certain extent. But the problem is the Russians aren't even interested in securing air supremacy. They have managed enough that they can ensure localised air superiority without further risking their assets. At the very least, the Russians realise that their air force numbers are still very small compared to NATO and still developing, hence the need to act with prudence.

The Ukrainians themselves say the Russian artillery is far superior. But artillery has limited effect when the infantry is well dug in. I don't think their artillery will survive long enough to make a dent in Donbas. Which is also why the West is pledging supplies of artillery guns and shells.

The Russians have done some stupid sh!t like bunching up, I don't think they will make such mistakes in Donbas. Plus there's enough infantry in the region to cover the flanks of Russian armour.

So I'd say advantage Russia.

In the Kharkiv region, the SBU uncovered a secret warehouse with ammunition and components for military equipment worth $ 200 million. All the found details were intended for lined equipment in Russia, which the enemy was going to repair during the offensive. During the searches, the SBU seized and handed over to the Ministry of Defense: 60 full-fledged tank engines and a large number of spare parts and components for armored vehicles. In addition, 26 guided air-to-air missiles were found in some rooms.

This is just unfinished business from WW2. The successor to Operation Unthinkable.

"Ukrainian nationalists" is what the Russians call Nazis. Another example of you going pointless.
What it is is people in sovereign nations deciding their own future, free of Russian tyranny.

Completely incorrect terminology, otherwise the BJP would be Nazis as Hindu nationalists too. I think in Russia's terminology anyone who wants an independent Ukraine is a nationalist and therefore a Nazi too, which is a garbage perversion of terminology. Nazis would have been rounding up ethnic Russians and Jews and gassing them.

Russia regards Ukrainians as lesser Russians, it could not stand to have them joining the EU and outperforming Russia economically. That is what this is about. Nothing more. It's not about the Donbass, or water for Crimea, that's a hoax. If you give Russia an inch they'll be back later to take a mile.

The only fully sovereign country in the world today is the US.

The ones who are being identified as nationalists are being killed. They have special features, like tattoos glorifying Hitler and Nazi Germany.

Shooting by a professional Russian sniper in Mariupol at the Azovstal industrial zone. The soldier uses a powerful 12.7mm ASVK sniper rifle. Having fired, he immediately crawls away so as not to be hit by possible return fire, which begins after a few seconds.

Russia received a huge amount of captured Ukrainian equipment and weapons. Despite Ukraine's losses, the US and European armies are actively arming Ukraine. The Russian military showed grenade launchers of the Ukrainian army. The Polish RPG-76 "Komar" grenade launcher, the Czechoslovakian RPG-75 grenade launcher, the American M72 A5 grenade launcher, the good Swedish AT4 grenade launcher, are actively used by the Russian military. Swedish-British grenade launcher "NLAW", every second grenade launcher with a dead battery.
