Ukraine - Russia Conflict

anyone claiming 5,000 deaths for either side at this stage is a sure liar.

It's 'cause the RAF isn't fighting. It's an artillery duel where the Russians are winning.

You're using 'being careful' as an excuse for underperformance that you otherwise can't explain. Russia has been anything but careful, especially in the opening stages, and even more so in their bombardment. They're just struggling.

It's quite the opposite. After the first "welcomed with flowers" fiasco, they became more reserved and changed their tactics accordingly.

RAF is shelling the crap out of the UAF, to the point where no active force in the world can survive without reciprocity, hence the calls for more arms transfers, and the Russian militias and PMC are mopping up the remaining UAF supported by RAF heavy armour. So the casualty rate on the Russian side is ridiculously low. Even the mopping up operations have very low casualties relative to the UAF, to the point where the are retreating or surrending depending on their situation.

Furthermore the UAF is struggling with maintaining their foreign aid guns because they lack the spares and infrastructure to support it. Which should also be one of the main reasons why NATO is only sending equipment piecemeal.

This is not a war anymore.
This is how bad it's getting for Russians.

@randomradio

Propaganda, eh?

Lol... Not even scratching the surface. This will only impress sheep.

Summary of Russian territorial gains. Before the war, 7% of UKR territory was occupied (Crimea + small part of Donbas). Today it is around 20%.

One of the correctional colonies in the Russian Federation. According to the operator, prisoners are being promoted to go to Ukraine "either to steal or to fight"
(previously this is correctional colony No. 1 of the Republic of Adygea)

The Armed Forces hit the rear positions of the Russians in occupied Tokmak

Ah, that's why Iran got all annoyed recently.

The gains after March are nothing to shout about. 20,000+ Russians dead for ~0.1%. At this rate Russia can capture all of Ukraine, but it will cost them nearly 20,000,000 lives and who knows how much money.

Don't be idiotic, of course the Russians are fighting it, they've lost over a dozen generals.

Yeah, but they still lost many lives, just at a slower rate. The downside is that the amount of territory they took since the end of March is negligible, see Picdel's post.

And they're getting more weapons and using them very smartly, with far better intel, as demonstrated by all the amount dumps exploding. I showed them destroying two Russian howitzers and ammo with normal artillery only today too.

Of course it's a war, JFC, do you just stick your head up your butt for the news?

:ROFLMAO: Only scratching the surface. Why is their talk of full mobilisation then? Full mobilisation means it isn't just a war deployment, but a world war scale deployment for them. No NATO country has used the draft for over 50 years, and there hasn't been a full mobilisation equivalent since WWII.

Got shot down by their own missiles.

Ukrainian soldiers regularly capture captured Russian military equipment during the battle. Which is then successfully used against the invaders. And then information appeared that the Russian self-propelled anti-aircraft missile gun complex "Pantsir-S1", captured by the Ukrainian military in battle, is fighting on the side of Ukraine and has already shot down the first hostile target.

No hiding place.

How many generals killed in the last month? How many Ukrainian generals?

Mobilisation? The US did it twice for Korea and Vietnam.

@randomradio, @Picdelamirand-oil Haha. Here we go, this is a Russian propaganda tweet, boasting about sending 'more' of a missile they no longer use to the front.

Even more Russian replacements heading to the front inside Russia.

After one offensive, freed up troops are being rotated and mobilised elsewhere. This is normal.

And why is the Tochka no longer in use? It's being used in all current wars. It's a more sophisticated missile that what even India uses. It's a good idea to use up old inventory.

But why are the new vehicle being brought in too then?

Let me draw your mind back to a certain incident involving a Tochka strike on a train station, where Russia firmly stated that they had withdrawn the missile from service.

Moscow has claimed the missiles reportedly used in Friday's railway station attack are no longer in service with the Russian Armed Forces.

The problem with being a liar is that you need a good memory.

Both more than 50 years ago, and that still wasn't a full mobilisation. Russia also has a huge regular army without the draft, so that should tell you something when they start talking about using it.

Or maybe many are refusing to be idiots.

Vehicles are constantly moved for repairs and relocation and reserves brought in to replace them. It's a constant two-way traffic.

They showed off the missile in the Victory Day parade only last year.

What on earth are you on about? Do you have any idea what you yourself post?
