Ukraine - Russia Conflict

Wow, and I thought this war was about protecting Ukrainian civilians from 'Nazis', now it's about attacking their infrastructure and creating 20m civilian refugees. Huh, I guess sometimes it's very difficult to maintain your own lies.
These are sick people and their fanboys, many in here, will justify it by saying well Ukraine thought about joining NATO. Morons.

Pathetic.

With Russia as a next door neighbour, who wouldn't think of joining NATO? Either way, it's no justification for talking about the ethnic cleansing of 20m people.
It would be funny if they just opened up on Russian troops the first time they receive a loaded weapon.

If Russia is this desperate that they are now scrapping the bottom of the barrel for bodies then I've changed my mind and now believe Russia has actually lost more than 80k personnel in this war. Wow. I think the Russian FRONTS are about to collapse when Ukraine launches its next offensive. The lull in Ukraine should scare the sht out of Russia right now because it means Ukraine is preparing and massing armored mechanize units and troops for the coming knock out.

If I were Pooty-poo being desperate for bodies I'd ask the Nork leader to send 100k of his troops and in return he gets a modernized air force replacing all mig-23 and mig21 fleets with "latest" mig-29's and all Norks fleet of mig-29's with Flankers and I would double the fleet. I'd also offer latest BUKS and S400 IADS. Why the hell not, right?

Probably 50+k are dead and 80+k don't wish to fight anymore.
One worry that I have is the redline for Russia is Crimea. I think they won't do sht if they get pushed out of the east but when Ukraine reaches Crimean border thn that is when sht is going to get serious. I think Pooty-poo believes Crimea is Russian territory . Who knows maybe Pooty won't survive when it actually happens.

Honestly speaking importance of NATO is diminished with this war, NATO is no longer needed to exist today. A small country with support from US is sufficient to achieve what NATO is intended to do during cold war.

Attack to Crimea with an intention to take back it a literal declaration of war on Russia, be prepare to face the end of human race.

Exactly the opposite, hence why Sweden and Finland joined it. NATO is a deterrence against invasion as much as it is a fighting and supportive force. NATO prevents a Ukraine War from happening elsewhere in Europe, so others can avoid all the crap the Ukrainian people have been through. Ukraine has also had lots of support from other NATO countries besides the US. I believe at least as many HIMARS/M270 units have come from non-US NATO countries as the US itself. And German PzH2000s and French CAESAR units have also proved effective, not to mention Vulcano and SMArt 155/155 BONUS rounds from the same. It spreads the cost so that no one nation has to bear too much economic strain due to Putin's idiocy.

I don't see why a country can just invade a place and declare it theirs. It wasn't theirs before 2014, so why is it suddenly theirs now? If Putin wants Crimea that badly he should be made give up Kaliningrad in exchange for it, and remove support for Transnistria. Russia having a port and territory in Kaliningrad is like NATO having a port and equivalent-sized territory in Arkhangelsk.

Sadly the S-300 is proving equally as bloody useless in Armenia.

Partisan activity keeps increasing.

Volunteers, there are Syrians, Eritreans and some Chinese and North Koreans volunteers on the Russian side.
r.
syria or north korea is not fighting a proxy war here. They were not trained in syria/NK to fight in ukraine.
This is afghanistan 2.0 , west is using the same tactic , the end result will be no different, europe will soon have mercenaries running riot all over.

Who knows whether they were trained or not. Even some Russian soldiers appear not to be trained.

It's not remotely like Afghanistan because Ukrainians are nothing like Afghans.
