Looking at the "deployed warheads" statistics, meaning the ones that are actually read to use, we get 2144 nukes for NATO, and 1588 for Russia.
As for territorial depth, NATO represents 24.6 million km², Russia represents 17.1 million km². NATO is bigger, surprise.
But Russia's territorial depth is mostly empty land. If you nuke Russian cities, what's left of Russia is not Russia anymore, it becomes
terra nullius. NATO is 950 million people (38.6 p/km²), Russia is 150 million people (8.8 p/km²).
And you know
who is gonna rebuild new cities in that territory? It will not be Russians, since there won't be any Russian anymore. It will be the Chinese.
