Ukraine - Russia Conflict

Russia really behaves like Nazi Germany in 1944: deliberately targeting civilians (rather than the enemy military) in the hope of breaking the resolve of the people they fight.

But this has never worked. It didn't work when they blitzed London; it also didn't work when "Bomber" Harris used the same method against them. And it will not work now.

Meanwhile, Ukraine focuses on enemy troops and is eliminating them with a lot of precision and success:

So much so for USA being immune to Russian nuke attack, lol. @Innominate this one is for you fella:

The top general in charge of the defense of North America delivered a sobering account of Russian and Chinese threats and described his command’s ability to detect and defend against a cruise missile attack as little more than a “picket fence.

For the first time in our nation’s history, [we have] two strategic peers, both nuclear-armed, that we need to deal with,” VanHerck said at the Association of United States Army conference in Washington, D.C. “While we were focused on violent extremists for last 20-plus years, they were developing capabilities to hold our homeland at risk.”

More concretely, Russia possesses a large arsenal of cruise missiles and the platform to fire them with little warning to the United States

So it's only now that you discover MAD? It's the cornerstone of nuclear deterrence.

That said, the ability of the USA to intercept Russian missiles is very much higher than the ability of Russia to intercept American missiles. That was one of the reasons why the orcs were whining about NATO extension into Eastern Europe. So, lol too I guess?

This general is just doing what American generals constantly do, which is exaggerate risks so as to get more funding.

That reply was for @Innominate's past claim that USA ISR would detect Russian first strike and USA would then strike back quickly.

But as per the General, Russia can steathly launch cruise missiles(could be nuclear tipped🤷‍♂️) towards US and all the mighty "saviour of the world" and superpowah can do is:

Absolutely Nothing😎
