Also if Moscow says that Ukraine is preparing a provocation with a dirty bomb; it means that Moscow is preparing an attack with a dirty bomb. That's how it works.
Russia, after all, is running out of options. It certainly cannot win with its mobik army; all they're good for is dying pointlessly:
why would russians bomb & pollute the land they want to occupy? It makes zero sense.
Ukraine wanted to take back crimea & occupied areas from russia, now when they cannot they will make unlivable for them.
Earlier ukraine wanted to cut off water supply to crimea now they are going to pollute the area making water unfit for users downstream. They will literally make all the water sources that russian occupied areas depend on contaminated making it a liability for russians.
As a matter of fact ukraine does not even need a dirty bomb, all that they need to do is dump nuclear waste from the nuclear power plant into the water sources , that will be good enuf.
Why would Ukraine use a dirty bomb, they're winning? Only bald-headed losers resort to dirty tactics.

That's silly. Guess who is busy trying to make Ukraine unlivable? It's Russia! They've decided to go on an infrastructure destruction campaign for the winter. The Russians are already responsible for the Chernobyl dirty bomb, they'll be responsible for another. Remember that the goal of the Russians is genocide, they want to kill all Ukrainians or drive them out.

Infrastructure like roads, buildings, power distribution plants can be built easily, They have already built some of that in mariupol.

Did you listen to the vids I posted? They specifically want to destroy power and water infrastructure to create a humanitarian disaster. This is their goal.
It was pure incompetence. But but do you know the Russians have erased the disaster from their history manuals, that's why they had soldiers digging trenches in irradiated soil at the beginning of the year -- they didn't even know there was a radioactivity problem in the area; they had never learned about it. The Russian government just doesn't give a fig about radioactivity in Ukraine; like with everything else that's embarrassing for the Soviet Union's track record they sweep it under the rug and pretend it never happened. (Try to ask a Russian about the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact...)
This is this utter indifference and shamelessness which is common to the Chernobyl disaster and to Russia's planned dirty bomb attack. They've been apparently deterred from using tactical nukes, so they're trying to come up with something else.
