Saaho I agree that Chinese weapons aren't tested in battlefield but let me tell you they aren't far away in terms of technology. Lots of research is going on in China related to new missiles and engines. We must accept that they are capable and should see Chinese army or airforce as a threat. Their weapons are better quality. The purpose of 3rd Party Counting is somewhat of a irrelevance in India. US does that counting to enforce her end user agreements. Russia does not have such restrictions. So.... India does not need to do so. Hence, there will never be such count.
