What do the forum members think about the impact of Brexit on India, Isn't it better for India to have a weakened EU and alone British in the long run?
The irony is you pretending to be an expert in anything. You steam off topic when losing an argument - you bring race up insinuating you are of a superior background. If you want to generalise - then you ought to look at your own history. How ironic that an Indian should be lecturing people on IBS.

Brexit is naturally bad for Britain. It will take them years to deal with it.
Whether India or Europe can take advantage of that is yet to be seen. But Europe is going to take a big hit as well.
The Europeans will integrate better with Britain out of the way. So in the long run, they will be able to consolidate their defence capabilities into a single market system.
As for India, Britain was the main headache when it came to an India-EU FTA, because they didn't want immigration from India. So an FTA with Europe has become a possibility again.
I don't think they are going to ever integrate, even without UK there are so many divisions in the EU. Poland prefers USA Military over any EU military, Hungary and Poland have formed a mini-block inside EU and veto any actions or sanctions against them. And the German support for new Russian Gas pipelines has riled up Eastern European countries, so United States of Europe will remain a dream.
The EU champion so much about Freedom of movement for trade deals, no borders, we should demand the same from them and get our people in significant quantity there which will help diplomatically later, Britain weakening will also mean that we can get a better deal than normally and there were few products which Eu was rigid about but UK was not bothered, so a UK deal will also be easier.
So, All in all it is better to deal with two weakened entities than a stronger together Gang.
No it won't. Their common defence plan consists of about $10bn for the whole of Europe. It will all change once their common defence plan takes off.

So is one pistol, but it's of sod all use. When do you think EU states will start contributing a combined total of $700bn towards defence? This would mean essentially giving up national defence programs and relying solely on the EU. That is what it would take to rival the US and it will never happen. It's a start.
Why should Europe be as ineffective as the US in developing weapons? we are not going to repeat the mistakes of the Eurofighter programme, development will be done by competent people. So is one pistol, but it's of sod all use.
