my god you know how to say 'please' in 6 languages. its a famous dialogue in one of the famous indian movie 'Sholay' so i used it in same language
 
India reconsidering Rs 2 lakh crore 5th-generation fighter jet programme with Russia - The Economic Times

How true is this? Or we are publishing such articles just to poke USA? If true it will be nightmarish situation for US lobby which after considerable effort of years made this project dead.

Also could be a signal that Indo-US defence ties carefully built over past decade are in free fall and CATSAA will take them to late 20th century level. All due to a single clown and he still got 2 years to take them to pre independence level.

I always had this feeling that this third postponement of 2+2 will not go well in New Delhi.

Same article with same words was pushed by many news websites today, contains no new information, either someone is creating rumours but why will someone create such a useless rumour unless one is paid for it. Any which way there will be no money left after MMRCA 2.0. Only chance for SU-57 is after 2025, by that time the new engine testing will also be complete and in serial production.

Whenever you see same article at multiple sites it is always press release, for press release editors check only grammar and content, if nothing objectionable they publish it right away as these are paid articles mostly (unless GoI issues a press release). This could be work of some think tank.

That's been assumed as such because the RFP is likely going to favour the Rafale.
