I had posted in that Indian Rafale thread. Imagine if Wg. Cdr. Abhi and his wingman had been flying Rafale instead of Mig-21Bison? The result would have been 4-0. It is nearly impossible to target a Rafale even though it is non stealthy but its EW systems have no parallel in the world. Perhaps the finest. Its not the machine but the man behind the machine who matters but imagine if the top notch machine has top notch man flying it? Can we doubt the outcome?

How do you describe hell and heaven? heaven is to have an American salary, British home, chinese food and an Indian wife. hell is to have an Indian salary, British food, chines home and an American wife. For us Indians, wife is same as Goddess Parvathi and she keeps the weapons of her husband and ensures that the weapons are are well looked after. So much so that we tell our troops to treat their weapons as their wife as only the weapon and the wishes of the wife will save them. Now Imagine an American weapon, you don't know when they may become useless for you just the way your wife running away with your best friend. But the best revenge with such a friend is to let him run away with your wife. let him also face the music.

Wg. Cdr. Abhi was the CO of 51sqn. It is very common that you go and command a sqn which you may have flown as a youngster or have ability to fly. He was never demoted. he was upgraded. We look for aggressive pilots to be our CO and not sissies. But rules are rules especially when it comes to large formation merge.most probably uda diya saley ko or trying to disappear him by declaring hi dead they know who's after him
Can't say about sane Wg Man but WC Abhi would have still gone for WVR pursuit inside POK and brought Rafael with himself to the ground. I am very much sure. Most probably this was the reason he was demoted from Su30 to Mig 21. Might have done some insane stuff in the past.
