it's not a flamebait. A picture where an officer is shown dishevelled and wounded has a specific PR angle to it. That video was created for a very clear reason. This actually shows how the current Pak establishment thinks. Look back at the videos of Nachiketa and you will see the difference.
India too may see capital flight in the billions and loses a lot more economically than Pakistan (ofc we are much larger in the first place).
One thing Pakistan has made clear is that it won't tolerate losing face and will respond whenever possible. The only way to victory is to sufficiently degrade Pakistani military capability and then leave the ball of nuclear escalation with them.
We can't have only good news in a war. There will be some be some bad days.

No they are not. The cost of action will always be taken into consideration when you are the one taking decisions.
Maybe some breakthru has been achieved with cooperation of China who is scared of losing its investment in CPEC.
Important thing to understand is war will not last long,we need to do major damage quickly before UN comes in.We have suffered a bad embarassment atm.
Give it time....many didn't even expect such an airstrike by IAF in first place. This all depends how far Modi wants to take this. The escalation does not need to be all at once and sequential....let us see how it goes. We will all judge it in the end.
