First, the sales of F-16 fighters had been cut off by the US, so Pakistan now has only less than 20 such aircraft left, not to mention how many of which could still perform a flight mission,” Jin said

Chinese are trying to boast of their JF-17.
I know... What I meant was Current actions are for straightening the LOC.... Pok may be another day..... Haji pir ?
Right now we have reduced threat to Akhnoor and that explains very heavy battles in that area. Next is Poonch-Uri Bulge which leads to Hajipir and onwards to Mujjaffarabad in POK. If we retake Hajipir, we can directly threaten Mirpur also.

Longback I had written about CSD that PA has been forced to forward deploy and move its logistics forward. This exposes them to strike by our longer range weapons and allows us to complicate logistics for them. Someone here had pointed out that PA has better Arty and at that time. I had shown him the comparison of ranges of our Arty with Pak Arty. Now PA moved their ammo dumps forward only to be blown up by us. This is called bleeding your enemy and destroying his war potential. The concept of OMGs on which CSD is based had this very objective to prevent second echelons from reaching the frontline and destroying the enemy in hinter land in its forming up areas. Once you forward deploy, you lose mobility as the logistics and your lines of communication come under direct attack of the enemy.

CSD did make lot of changes in this conflict.... That made Pakistanis think differently..... otherwise it was easy few hunnit could have give them the advance info.... Now instead they send drones every other day to check the movement....😏

CSD allows us to change thrustlines rapidly and also change the positions of our main strike elements rapidly. @Falcon had stated that our strike corps are still in their peacetime locations but I will disagree with him. This time we have done something very sinister. Why has PA deployed in Punjab? Anything to do with Kasur Bulge? That is where they attacked us in 1965.

Strike corps are still at peace time locations....I do not think they plan to move any time soon..... Curator is working on the pitch....Lot of grass added and watering is done.....

1965 revisited from Indian side. Rann of Katch in April and -------.
I hope we capture entire Sir Creek area as well as Tharparkar & Nagarparkar. In keeping with Pakistan's axiom of the dominant religion deciding the political allegiance of that area with respect to the country it chooses to be part of, it's time these places given their significant Hindu population is annexed by India.

Sir.

Sitting in an aircraft about to take off. Logged in to clear the bold.

We have not even moved the recce elements yet of the Strike Corps & see the fun.

April on, as I think @nair stated, when few elements will move out for annual training, imagine the ruckus!

I can confirm Strike Corps do mot need to move even if PA was to attack tomorrow, enough there to deal with them.

I disagree.

Sir.

That is your call.

We have not made the mistake of mobilizing our troops. Leaves are on, people are coming and going. Op Parakaram is done with. We will not repeat the mistakes of a long standoff which costs us too. CSD came because of that ..... Every day strike corps in field is damn expensive. So, we simply rearranged our troops as per our CSD, having flexibility in both quantum & direction of force to be used.

I assure you Strike Corps when they move, will be for depth operations.

Have one next to my location ...

Do we still have so called dedicated strike corps or part of them merged with some other formations? Part of them are forward deployed.
