Exactly. we have nothing in our mind other than the battle we fight. Not even our family. You can't think of politics during an active battle. That goes against everything the pilots had been trained for.

But Su-30 MKI pilots holding back, for politics, while their colleagues are fighting and probably dying.. is a bit too much...I am just thinking of possibilities, not saying this was done. When Pathankot attack happened and we were watching the events unfolding live there was something that didn't add up. Nobody inquired, it was brushed under the carpet, it would have also amounted to treason and murder.
Not necessarily. There were 12 F-16s and 8 JF-17s and just 2 or 4 MKIs in the beginning. I suppose the MKI pilots were being very careful until reinforcements arrived.

Politics is played behind closed doors and in front of media.
Hell, for all you know, based on personal bias, these MKI pilots could very well have been anti-Rafale and pro-FGFA instead.
I never said pilots did, why will pilots create narrative? Narrative is being created by top brass for Rafale (as per argument of randomradio). It was argumentative don't get too worked up about it.But Su-30 MKI pilots holding back, for politics, while their colleagues are fighting and probably dying.. is a bit too much...
Not blaming pilots sir, at all, they were following orders, I can't even think of their anger for not firing while Mig21 has to beyond enemy lines and a helicopter was shot and they lost 6 more comrades.
I have flown fighters and have also known about Mig-21Bis which has more restrictions in flying than earlier variants of Mig-21. We used to wonder as to how can a pilot fly this aircraft which only had limitations in every area of performance. Sea Harrier also had similar restrictions but only when we were below 120kts of speed and used TVC. In normal flying, se4a harrier was just like anyother aircraft that I had flown. But with nozzeles down, it was very difficult machine. In case you have noticed ACM Dhanoa
Has been Effusive in his praise for Mig 21
Since that day

Yes.. Dhanoa's comments about Rafale were disingenuous, when going by the ton of money spent on India specific enhancements, one feels that the Rafale would only be deployed in a full on war, probably on a nuclear bombing mission. IAF would not risk their kohinoors in a skirmish...I never said pilots did, why will pilots create narrative? Narrative is being created by top brass for Rafale (as per argument of randomradio). .. An off topic comment
I see the Sanaatan traditions of hair splitting is very much alive out here. No such narratives from across the border. Well & truly depicts the facts as it exists to all those who think Pak Punjab is our long lost brother who's gone astray. Meanwhile, would love to see further hair splitting on the issue.
P. S - as of now, I was under the impression the only hair splitting occured among various Sunni sects in Islam on takfiri, kuffar, etc.
Few days back Pakistani channels were cribbing about the prolonged stand off at border which increased their defense budget by 25-30%. Their biggest fear is if this standoff continues for 1-2 years, Pakistan will go bankrupt. I am not sure whether Modi will allow this heightened tension at border to continue even if he wants to do that. Remember there is always international pressure and India is not in a position to completely ignore them.If somebody thinks that Pakistanis are happy
About this stand off , they are Not
They are saying all crappy things on PDF
Because they want to appear strong
Before Indians
But they know this small conflict will Only help India to iron out its chinks and come back even harder at them the next time
And there will be a next time
Have you ever heard of bait and hunt? This lull is needed for Pakistan to start all over again with its game which will give us a very legitimate reason to dismember them. Remember my predictions. Mars is in the third house of Modi till mid August. Pakistan must not try anything funny or they are going to be roasted.
Lord Krishna was asked as to why he leaves his enemy Jarasangha everytime? He replied he does the job of collecting and bringing all bad souls of the world to him who can be slayed by the Lord Himself. He is working for me. Same principle applies here. All BOPs will be rebuilt and occupied again and Pakistan will again act like Jarasangha which will allow us to again kill all their soldiers manning BOPs and inflict more damage.
Also, I think Tarbela news was also fake...and baba seems to be a BJP guy... His tweets indicates that

Tarbela news is correct. The revenge has now been taken for 27th Feb attack on our forward formations.
I can't. But it was an air operation based on very accurate satellite imagery and the results were as per the strike. PAF had stationed their F-16s to satellite airfields just the way we do. The F-16 sqn targeted was the one which tried to strike us. We could have easily struck other F-16 formations of Pakistan. But we chose this sqn to send a message.
Why did the statement about airspace restrictions being removed come from IAF.. Should have come from DGCA... Is it a taunt to PAF
