Yes, their job is auditing, no need to be subject matter expert. Security related details of nation cannot accessed by "outside agency".

Both mobile artillery as well as guided artillery. On top of that loitering munitions. Atleast 10,000+ loitering munitions need to be inducted in the next 5-7 years atleast.

We need atleast 1800 mgs and around 1000-1500 tracked sph. And that too in 105mm and 122mm for easier mobility. I hope someone in the MoD tries modernised the abbots and gvozdika's and produce a new version with superior barrel, ranges, targetting and guidance. We will have to induct 4000+ new arty guns to reliably do an counteroffensive against both Chinese and Pakistan. Along with of course lots of loitering munitions with warhead variations from 2kg-2000kg. Our loitering munution requirement is around 10,000 minimum.

We need a 2022 white paper of defence for next 15 years first.

Chairman of solar industry claims that they intent to make 250 KM version of guided rocket system. Solar industries is currently manufacturing pinaka rocket variants for Indian armed forces and export market.
