Quite a long time, finally spotted one SFDR related tender , for li-ion batteries. Hopefully new test sometimes before end of year.
LIMITED QUALIFICATION TESTS AND SUPPLY OF LITHIUM THERMAL BATTERIES FOR SFDR/DRDL/

Top notch DRDO nomenclature on display.

In fairness, work seems to be picking up on LFRJ & SFDR projects. Dr Kamat sir did say back during expo time last year that they have shortfall on resources of every type (manpower, funding etc) so projects will be taken as per priority order. Its quite evident some mission mode projects testing which we have seen so far were priority, now the next batch of TD type projects are being looked at. It also hints at the AD/BMD project ongoing at a good pace, given the target missile firing test range is being worked on.

In a high(55k feet+) and fast(1.5 mach+) launch by MKI, SFDR/Astra 3 will have the reach to seriously bother PAF/PLAAF AWACS and Bombers. Looks like it will be ready along with MKI upgrade timeline(circa 2026). It bodes quite well for us as PLAAF hasn't displayed any Ramjet BVR yet.

PS: There is news regarding 3 pulse missiles for both AD and BVR by DRDO. Anything interesting you've got regarding it?
