The launcher is critical, Dhruvastra project had mention of launcher mkII last year. Maybe its due to weight, after trial might need to reduce total weight again. Vikram VT21 also has a nag variant to be installed. So three could be more proto nos.

The Pralays that are on order should be rolling off the same line, right? Same weapon essentially, just without the nose cap and cannister?
Same airframe design of course won't mean that both have similar form factor. The rocket motor can be different, both propellant burn rate and grain geometry wise. Pralay is 9 meters long and yet its range , reach etc is far understated, maybe restricted intentionally compared to Sagarika?

EO-SAAW was already being made with the IIR seeker shown in defexpo, will there be a larger variant ? surely a 250kg class or greater makes sense compared to the existing one?
