One step at a time. First get the bill banning TT passed , followed by Nikaah Halala and then polygamy . The rest can follow.
CBN thought he would pull wool over BJP eyes after getting Packages and depart in Election year? He was forced to play his hand early. Do you think CBN will get more votes out of this fiasco?
Here is what Telugu people think about CBN

Age old tradition of spit and run. They upheld the TT thanks to the brute majority they enjoyed in Parliament over ruling the SC over the Shah Bano verdict and in order to balance things out threw open the gates of the RAM Janmabhoomi temple .
More than 30 years later , the Indian people not having recovered from those twin blows now faces another onslaught in the form of the Lingayats being declared a minority , with the gutless CM tossing the ball in the centre's court.
The more things change the more they remain the same .
Who cares ? It would mean emancipation for a minority within a minority .still won't save BJP

You are a dumbNextdoor, you don't know what Telugu people think or have you become a ICCHADARI Telugu Naidu now? like you become a Chola or a Nair.Lol!! CBN is doing exactly what he needs to do. This has noting to with 'special status', Modi was ready to give him the money without the status. CBN cut his ties with BJP because he realized that in 2019 they'll become a liability for him and lose him votes. He further pulled a no confidence motion knowing fully well he'll lose it to show the people of ANdhra that he has completely cut ties with them.
He must be on Anti-Histaminic medication , to resist that itch7 more posts to go before you utter the magic word ... Gauxxxx...
Don't ever try to resist the itch . It's unbearable . You know it .
I said it @_Anonymous_ the drug has worn off, see hes now back to Gaumata, @nair @Arvind please take a look.I know ichadari gaumata that dishes out ichadari votes ......
Been around long enough to know wheat from chaff. In 2015 after losses in Delhi & Bihar , the Modi magic evaporated or so MSM wrote . This was followed by Bengal & Kerala. In 2017 , UP happened and MSM declared that inspite of demonetization , if the BJP won UP the way they won it , 2019 would be a formality . Then came Gujarat . In between, with the exception of Punjab , the Congress & it's supporters out here especially have been claiming one moral victory after another . Especially in Goa and the NE.so even to you it is clear that the BJP is going to fall off the cliff in 2019. Well, I guess it is too obvious to deny it.
I wrote too soon. Congratulations , once more . For a moment I thought you truly were cured.I know ichadari gaumata that dishes out ichadari votes ......
Flip flops are to protect his assets not Alliance, TDP future is what Andhra people call it already 'just google 'Andhra Pappu' , you will get images of pappu (Dal) and Nara Lokesh' This is the sentiment most of Rayalaseema and AP people share, call him Pappu Gadu, CBN is grooming Nara Lokesh as CM of AP, face it how long will IT Take for people to realize there are alternatives to TDP. I would have appreciated if a grass root worker of TDP was made head, that ain't happening its a family dynasty now.He tried his best to save the alliance with BJP all the above flipflops are taken accordingly to save th alliance but BJP showed its true colors ny ditiching TDP in every way possible.
You should stop worrying about TDP, TDP has future only until CBN leads it. Start worrying about Modi in 2019 and pray that BJP can atleast win 230 seats anything less we are looking at new PM. That wont be Amit Shah for sure.
taking a look at the possible third front coalition:
1) Mamta (TMC)
2) K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) (Telangana Rashtra Samiti)
3) Mayawati (BSP)
4) Akhilesh/Mulayam (SP)
5) Owaisi (MIM)
6) maybe ShardPwar (NCP)
7) YS Jagan Reddy (YSRCP)
8) Chandra Babu (TDP)
take a good look at that line up.
none of those parties have a stable, upcoming, budding second level leaders apart from their own kith and kin. they do not let stronger leaders join the party or let anyone strong emerge form the party. in case of Akhilesh - he split form his father. Chadrababu split from NTR, Jaga split from Congress.
Those "leaders" do no want to share their power with people form their own party/ideology (if those parties even have an ideology) -d o you really think they will share power with each other?
the Maha Gatbandhan experiment failed miserably in Bihar - now they are trying for a Pan-India Maha-GatBandhan. something that dint last in a single state - will it last over an entire country?
let me put it even clearly: the BJP with a clear majority finds it hard to go through a belligerent congress fillibuster - will a fractious coalition with multiple levels of break points withstand the fillibuster power of a strong opposition (in this case- the BJP)?
the only alternative I can see is a congress emerging out of the Gandhi Dynasty. this needs to happen sooner than later for a healthy democracy.
This is the same Nehru Secularism imposed on rest of us, that is why off with Secularism, the salami slicing of Hindus and Inda has continued unabated.
1) take up the thekedari of all govt run businesses, nationalize everything in the name of socialism
2) have tight control of manufacturing, mining, distribution networks with license raj
3) declare people as "backward" or "forward" based on centuries old practices and hand out carrots of "reservation" in return for power.
4) create divides among people and dangle the "special category" status to people, states, communities based on caste, creed, religion, language or whatever way possible to separate people
question from a brahmin outcast like me: if my grandparents parents treated you grandparents parents badly, how will me giving up my merit for you reprieve that?
question from a state without "special category" status: who is Manmohan singh to declare that he will give special status to AP? shouldnt the classification of who gets to have the special status or not be based on facts/numbers/rules?
question from a Hindu to Karnataka govt: who are you to declare someone to be of one religion or not? are you a body that determines what is each religion? does our constitution give the govt powers to determine who is a hindu and who is not? who is a Muslim and who is not?
question from an Indian to another Indian: I am trying to develop more and more unity with you so we can come together and make a better life for us all. this continuous wedge of norht south, lingayat or not, hindu or not is being driven into us so the guys holding power keep us always in squabbles.
These are excerpts from an article published in Deccan Chronicle couple of weeks back. While CBN is shouting about lack of funds for Amaravati, reality is he did not utilize already allocated funds and diverted them to other projects and you know what fund diversion means.Flip flops are to protect his assets not Alliance, TDP future is what Andhra people call it already 'just google 'Andhra Pappu' , you will get images of pappu (Dal) and Nara Lokesh' This is the sentiment most of Rayalaseema and AP people share, call him Pappu Gadu, CBN is grooming Nara Lokesh as CM of AP, face it how long will IT Take for people to realize there are alternatives to TDP. I also saw this phenomenon that some people want BJP without Modi in 2019, I like to be frank, BJP won because of Modi and all soldiers on ground were pumped with enthusiasm at getting such a leader. its not everyday you get such selfless leaders. Just watch out TDP might become another Dynasty like Congress.
Rest assured how things will play out, there are also emerging options in AP.

CBN used to be an efficient administrator and one of his USP was quick execution of projects. It seems this time his attention was on something else.
It says that out of the total sanctions of Rs 1.72 lakh crore, a sum of over Rs 35,000 crore has already been released for various projects, while several financial releases were stuck because the state government could not furnish the requisite utilisation certificates for the disbursed amount or failed to come up with detailed project reports. The state, according to the note, was found to be 'diverting' funds for "purposes other than those specified".
Of the Rs 850 crore released for AP's new capital Amaravati, Rs 500 crore was meant for construction of Raj Bhavan, state Assembly and Secretariat and the balance for other works.
Sources in the state's Finance Department admitted to the diversions.
Amid indications that the money was spent on irrigation projects, a senior Finance Department official said, "These are some general adjustments we normally make every year.
Since nothing concrete has been finalised with regard to the new capital, we could not spend money there."
Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu got Rs 1,000 crore released by the Finance Ministry in March 2015 as 'one-time special assistance' for the new capital region. The two main cities in the capital region -- Vijayawada and Guntur -- were supposed to spend Rs 460 crore on developing storm water drainage system and Rs 540 crore on underground drainage and sewerage system. However, tenders are yet to be invited.
