It means Rahul committed fraud in UK, if there is any liability its in UK where he misrepresented his identity. Here he is filling authentic info, or atleast what law feels is authentic. In past though he may have committed some identity fraud even in India because of dual identity, but it will be very hard to dig it out and prove. Those evidences are buried deep or don't exists anymore.
Better to get nomination rejected than suffer an embarrassing loss.
He has committed fraud and criminal offence in India and UK. He has been and MP for three yerms. He needs to go to jail and all pay and perks paid to him as MP need to be recovered from him by selling his properties. This pertains to giving false affidavit and for that the punishment is three years RI.

They have targeted CJI in the contempt of court case against RaGa. Plus congress must have sensed that his nomination is going to be challenged which will open him upto more scrutiny and criminal charges. This needs an investigation. Swamy filed an complaint against him regarding this and one is pending with Home Ministry since 2016 and other with some ethics committee of Parliament. Seems whole universe is conspiring against RaGa now and his truth will be laid bare in front of public (if things are not hushed up).

Really? Why cant he apply the same insensitivity to himself with which he judge everyone else? If a common man is accused he must go jail, damned be facts or previous record or even circumstantial evidence proving its a setup. Why you make/allows such stupid laws in first place?
