Indian Political Discussion

Not much knowledge or interest in economics. I thought you were supposed to do the analysis which is why I tagged you. I'm still waiting for a proper explanation on why is the economy slowing down / heading for a recession.

Ppl like me are either told we're headed for a recession or that everything is highly exagerrated. I thought you knew better.
I am not a analyst if that's what you're looking for, however I do have interest in geology, history and economy/finance. I can understand very well from where you are coming from. Country's growth rate is slowing down, yes very much true. Is recession on the cards, doesn't look like from my perspective. Considering the downward growth in international market, some shock is bound to get us, however we shall be able to absorb such shocks and still outgrow our relevant competitors. On another point of exaggeration, depending on the quarters you're listening from, it can be both exaggeration as well as downward growth. In my personal opinion, our growth rate should have been much higher, however current finance ministry doesn't have the grip on handle as firm as I would like to them to have. For example RBI has reduced the repo rate at lest 5 times in recent times, however barring few none of the financial organizations have passed on the benefits to either existing customers or new to customer. It's increasing the cash funds at banks end however banks are not so egaer at the moment to take risk and lending activity. So yes slippage are there. If you refer to my previous posts, I have highlighted certain sector wise what went wrong. If we wish to come out of circular issue, we need to put the errors on the record first thing which I don't see happening from both corporate as well as public sector organizations (Government included). Thank you.

Who gives a fig about what Pakistan army did or is doing to Pakistanis.

Unless there is a hypocrite here on an Indian forum who believes that we love the Bangladeshis and the Baloch coz we are oozing the milk of human kindness from our collective udders.

Cheers, Doc

yaar yeh kya tareeka hai
giving 50000 jobs to kashmiris that too government.
Okay, we have been already giving them a lot but even after getting 50,000 jobs to them along with more opportunities what is the guarantee that they will integrate with us and what does this integration mean, sit on our head every time with a tattoo of Kashmiri on forhead so we treat them special? Just because they are Kashmiris we can't always make them sit on our head. Next time every state will demand freedom and get the special gesture from rest of the India. How many times we have given importance to North East. This is f*cking Partiality!!! Most of the government jobs are already allotted to Kashmiris and people in jammu are left like strangers in house.

Even after this much pampering if these Kashmiris don't get set then can any one tell me what should be the solution?

My solution: Send Gurkhas, Garhwalis, Nagas and those Bhotias from Sikkim to settle in Kashmir valley and open business. They know how to deal!

A very important and pertinent Video that has gone viral in recent days.

Explains how to handle the BIF teams in our own way.

Love this one! Thanks for posting.

You want to know what hurts these blackshirt pimps/thugs the most?

If they ever take a simple train ride across breadth of TN and simply look out the window at each village and town. They see a brazen reality in the guardian deities, dutifully protecting even most rural of areas. It would upset their psyche so much I would imagine, till they find their chennai goonda urban safe space again (generally some political brothel) and do their neo-worship/cleansing and #$%$-ing there.

It is definitely what struck me the most (as small kid) whenever I take train/bus ride in TN....my neck of woods rural wise its mostly ayyanar for example. When people move to cities and take urban jobs, they don't forget that identity of their village and town either. The synthesis between mainstream form and village rural form of worship (e.g kanthu worship) is actually expounded in many of the best sangam literature.

Those with disgusting agenda today want people to somehow forget all of that...and become blank slate for some foreign indoctrination. But their ego works against them in the end.

Guardian deities are very common in most of South India,
it's a huge thing in TN and it is incredibly massive in Telugu states as well.
The celebrations the rural Telugu people have for their "grama devatha" is a sight to behold.

This video was particularly nice because instead of rhetoric, the actors took down the narrative in a very logical way.
It was simply brilliant.

Oh how I wish TTD (Lord Balaji) is taken off hands of govt and given to Hindus to manage.
This one temple has everything to fight the Vatican & Macca, be it money power or patronage.
Imagine if Tirumala temple funds are utilized to propagate Hinduism all over the world & every penny is accounted for. That would be a game changer.
There are few other temples with similar clout in India and moves need to made to reclaim them and use their resources to propagate Hinduism.

Also that temple in Kerala where all the gold was found.

That should not be used eventually for the national gold reserves as many are chiming, but should purely be used by the Hindus for the Hindus.

Personally I believe it's gross that political control enters your holiest temples.

But the focus seems to be on others rather than yourselves.

Even Sabarimala was shocking to me. Because the manmade secularisation of faith is not hardwired to my DNA ...

Cheers, Doc

Wish granted

The Andhra Pradesh government of YSR Jaganmohan Reddy has stoked a controversy with its order saying that non-Hindus will not be allowed employment at Tirupati temple. Officially called the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD), it manages administration at the Sri Venkateswara temple atop Tirumala. It also manages other temples at Tirupati.
