Not to mention they've lost the only money making scheme they ever had though admittedly it wasn't earning them anything in the past few years . Yet PA has been remarkably adept at not only surviving but also thriving at least as far as the rest of the nation is compared.

Let's see how far they go now though Biden & his administration have already earned a poor reputation in this regard.

You are underestimating the innate skills of Punjabi lot in selling things. They have been in selling business since time immemorial.
In this particular case, I believe Chinese will take the bait in the name of extracting minerals and Belt Road utopia. And what do you think who is going to provide Security Guards duty ( or at least pretend to be) ?
