Islamic Republic of Afghanistan : News & Discussions

yeah the tribal pushtoons are related to each other on both sides of borders and are a bunch of terrorit fuks.
What about the TTP, who seem to be the only organization in Pakistan today who're actively working to create on the ground Jinnah's Vision of Pakistan?

What a racist statement by him; and yet when someone *correctly* makes a similar observation about Pakistanis across the globe, they cry victim/Islamophobia/being misunderstood etc etc.

yup..they are 100% tribal pushtoon organization..
That's not the point. Pakistan was created to be the homeland of all of the sub continents Muslims apart from being a beacon to the ummah. How can you do so without imposing Sharia and establishing the Emirate?

You're deviating from your founding fathers vision. The TTP is the only organization with the vision and gumption to create such a blessed state. Every right thinking Pakistani should follow in the TTP's footsteps and get rid of the munafiq PA , the politicians, bureaucracy and the judiciary.

25 Soldiers Killed In Clash Over Military Base With Taliban In Afghanistan

I think as long as the US & NATO troops are present Pakistan won't aid the Taliban like they did in 1998 with their own personnel. Once they leave, which seems to be a matter of time, the situation could change drastically.

@BlackOpsIndia ; @Milspec
This was the attack I was talking about, strangely no US casualty on US and Afghan base. I don't know if US troops hide in bunkers after attack starts or Afghan forces don't even know how to hold a gun but Afghanistan is losing people at alarming rate. Feels more and more like they are accepting defeat and fighting spirit is dying.

Pakistan's serving/retired generals and foot soldiers all take part as Taliban in offensive. US was once so freaked out that to kill a single ISI operative creating problems again and again they bombed a MSF hospital where he used to hide to use it as a shield.

The new deal says only 50% troops going home in next few months and remaining 50% will withdraw in 5 years. If US stays for 1 more year and bide it's time maybe we can change the war when Trump is out of Whitehouse (if he lose). Bernie Sanders can play spoil sport again and help in reelecting Trump, I don't understand why that man cant face the reality, his best shot was 2016 now he will just help Trump.

I doubt the US troops are used in front line battles. I imagine they're more in an advisory capacity , technical stuff & special ops.

Besides, whether it's Trump or anyone else, with the deterioration in ties with Iran, Pakistan & Russia, I don't think they'd be allowed to stay there long.

US troops started taking lead in combat missions too recently after initial setbacks, around 2yrs ago I guess.

If US want to leave just leave, don't surender and embolden Taliban, once they are gone the country is surely to fall into chaos and slowly Taliban will take over but then they will be out in open, target and Northern alliance (if any) be at advantage of creating mass casualties of Taliban. Game reversed, if they leave with some kind of unity goverment as expected it can lead to mass murder of entire opposition by Taliban and capture of whole Afghanistan.

Over 60 Taliban terrorists killed by Afghan Forces

Early days yet. But I've a feeling the Taliban and its masters in Pakistan aren't about to get a walkover the GoA, even after the US + NATO departs.

@BlackOpsIndia

I strongly feel that we ought to embed our Spec Ops guys with them as "advisors" and send over some aerial assets which the Afghan forces desperately need (our spec ops guys can call in air strikes as and when needed).

It would bolster their fight and also give the Spec Ops guys some new experience fighting super-hardened enemies.
