Real estate & gold. If the economy continues its down ward trajectory both will be illiquid assets - the former more than the latter.
At least gold has some value and backed by international demand. Real estate value can crash overnight may not recover for very very long time. There is an interesting pod cast by Atif Mian about why Pakistani economy is broken and he blames their obsession with Real estate for this.

I don't think there is any leadership or will to save Pakistan. Both their establishment and political leadership see Pakistan as an opportunity to squeeze as much as possible and then move out of the country. Our objective should be complete focus on economy and technology for next 20 years. PoK and GB will revolt to merge with India.
