Z.A.Bhutto ranting & over acting at the UN om the eve of Paxtan's surrender at Dhaka IIRC , a feat which his grandson repeated a few days earlier. The older Bhutto was eventually hanged for services rendered to his country , as was his daughter who got dispatched by "unknown assassins" . Wonder what fate awaits the last generation of Paxtan's first family.

In the event chess didn't spread via the black hole aka AfPak . A minister from what's now India proper visited the court Shahenshah Khusrow Anushirvan on invitation from a vazeir of the Sassanid court on a state visit here & carried among other items the chess set too .
The other items included the Panch tantra which was translated into Persian & later after the Arab conquest into Arabic where it acquired great fame in the Arabic world as Khalila'h wa Dimna'h & from there made it's way subsequently into Europe along with chess & other Indian items of wonder.
If you've noticed the offer for peace & friendship came with a caveat of talks to first resolve all outstanding issues. The aim is to bait India for talks & if talks don't work out which it will never given the irreconcilable differences to lay the blame at our door for being unreasonable. Secondly if you've noticed their current Army Chief , unlike the previous one , hasn't yet issued any statement in public on what his stance is vis a vis India. Who's betting this is part of some internal dynamics something which we're not privy to as of now ?
That Pakistan in such a dire situation can still find a way to play petty politics is testament to the great ideas that have gone behind the creation & sustenance of project Pakistan.
Even though Pakistan is on the verge of Bankruptcy, P@k-ies do consume some of the best and rarest weeds grown on Earth which always keep them High....

People often mistake the symptoms for the disease. That's more true of some people or cases like Paxtan than others. People tend to think that misgovernance corruption nepotism the Army etc are the real reason why Paxtan is the way it is but I've come to believe it's merely a symptom of the larger problem which is consanguineous marriages aka cousin marriages over generations & centuries & the resultant physical especially mental problems they generate courtesy a limited gene pool.
I'm not sure if I've linked an earlier thread from Twitter out here on an Epigeneticist of Paxtani origin now settled in the US who wrote an authoritative paper on the disastrous effects consanguineous marriages were having on the health of Paxtanis literally imploring them to stop this practice for at least a generation or 2 to see the ill effects disappear. Alas! It's all in vain. Paxtanis love their cousins just a little too much to permit this to happen .
What're your thoughts on this maamu? All scientific mumbo jumbo or a grain of truth in what various people & studies across the world including by Paxtanis have to report. @safriz

After seeing the video, damn my feelings totally changed..
Didn't I share with you what the world's game plan is w.r.t Pakistan? It's to keep it in liquid oxygen. Liquid won't allow it to live & oxygen won't allow death. This wisdom is courtesy a famous corny dialogue from a 70's masala Hindi film.
BTW - how's Avi Raina prophesising now? Any new date? His in house avatar has somehow become unusually sedate of late, depriving us of much needed entertainment.
