Out here in Bombay, we've this aphorism in crude street lingo - kiski cxxt, kiska lxxxa, Mohammed Ali pakad ke dauda.
I doubt if the Arabs or Persians or even the Turks, ethnicities which accepted Islam before the sub continent get into such detailed bigotry az sub con Muslims do.
