Kargil was totally different ball game.....lot of mistakes....especially during the initial phase... everyone goofed......Restrictions by GOI..... Terrain....and advantage of height.....
But those restrictions were good when you look today.... The image it created was so good, today we can take offensive actions without much eye brows raised across world
