BTW, the purpose of "red flag" is "provide a realistic training environment". It is not to simulate a complete war with all logistics involved.

What seems interesting is that, its been a week since India has claimed, including official news agency and a senior minister, that we killed 43 PLA soldiers and held their soldiers captive and there has been no official denial or refutation coming forth from China. This is a govt which goes to great lengths to even officially dismiss studies made by obscure study groups on possible higher death rates during the Wuhan virus outbreak in China......

Things had started developing by Feb only. And amid covid19 pandemic why he has to travel what was so emergency? Even Russia knows about Pandemic. When many state visits were cancelled this could have been cancelled as well.
